Hey you beautiful human…how are you doing? It’s Sunday, and that means an extra cup or 2 of coffee in bed, lazy pajama filled mornings, and, WAIT, when have I done that recently? No, no, I have been up since o’dark thirty, on my 3rd cup of coffee, trying to make sense of everything and, did I mention how many cups of coffee? Yes, my weekend look has a tendency to look like the other days of the week. Recently, the song “Sunday Morning” by Maroon 5 has been on my Spotify rotation. Every time I listen to it I think, “yeah, wouldn’t that be nice.” Anyway, I am off to get a facial later this morning and maybe, just maybe, I will be able to chill. Here’s hoping.
Today on my blog, I wanted to share my weekend look that does NOT involve pajamas or athleisure.
Let me start by talking about a brand that I hype A LOT – Rails. Their shirts and blouses are LIFE and just so incredibly comfortable and chic. I even have my Mom hooked on them too! Are they on the expensive side? Depends what you consider expensive but you are looking at $128 and up. It’s so worth it though! While I have a striped, chambray dress from this Los Angeles based company from last Fall, I was in desperate need of a new one this year. And, when I say desperate, I mean, I just wanted a new one, LOL. Plus, this has become an actual go-to weekend look, fedora and all!
Back to the outfit! I just love this “Karla” Minidress in White Mocha Leopard. Easy to throw on, adorned with fabric buttons down the front, an elastic waistband, and a flowy skirt, giving this essential item a perfect score in my book! I paired it with my very Parisian fedora – yes, I purchased when in Paris last May – and a pair of super fun and embellished Tory Burch “Logan” slip on sandals.
Just a downright classy look, right? Well, hold all comments if you don’t think so but I am digging it lately! Here’s to your stylish Sunday Funday! Enjoy, stay well, and try to have a SUNDAY!
xoxo
