Ingredients

 16 cups Popcorn
 ½ cup Duck Fat
3 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning + Extra for Garnish

Instructions

1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Follow directions on popcorn bag (or however you are making it) to cook. Once finished, let cool for a few minutes and place in a large mixing bowl.

2

In a saucepan, add duck fat and stir until (almost) melted. Add in the 3 tbsp. of Old Bay, and combine.

3

Remove butter mixture from the stove and pour over popcorn. Toss to coat.

4

While keeping excess butter mixture in bowl, place coated popcorn in a shallow baking dish - like an 8x10 - and place in the oven for, approximately, 10 minutes. Note: All ovens are different, so cooking times will vary. After about 5-6 minutes, remove from oven, pour back into mixing bowl, toss, and place back in baking dish.

5

Roast for another 4-5 minutes, then remove from the oven. While you want to serve popcorn hot, give it a 1-2 minutes rest before placing in a bowl or individual popcorn holders. Garnish with additional Old Bay if you choose, and pair it with your favorite Baltimore brew!
