Virtual Personal Training


Good Morning from a very rainy, and humid, Baltimore! My hope is that this rain is going to wash away some of the pollen that has been aggravating the heck out of my allergies. That, coupled with working through a nasty sinus infection, and, well, I am feeling so very awesome! If you are new to my blog – Welcome! – you may not be aware that my background is in health & wellness. I have been in the industry for the past 15 years and, actually, co-own a corporate wellness company, 2 Health Nuts. And, TODAY, we have launched our “Virtual Personal Training” that will let YOU, yes YOU, work with me, one-on-one, for all of your wellness needs!

In this crazy Covid climate, reinventing the ways wellness services are conducted felt a bit more challenging last year than it does this year. The “2 Health Nuts” spent a large part of 2020 completely shifting their business model – on-site to virtual – and keeping our finger on the pulse when it comes to delivering the same high touch engagement services in what is now a very low touch world.

We introduced a monthly virtual workout membership “Weekday Werk” last Fall, are in the final stages of releasing a 12 week DIY workout program, AND, now, we have opened our Virtual Personal Training offerings to give you the one-on-one attention/instruction you have been asking for over the last few months! Although we have coined this as “Virtual Personal Training,” your time can be utilized however you see FIT. For example, if you are looking for more nutrition/lifestyle coaching, in lieu of fitness, we can absolutely adapt & customize based on your needs. While we want nothing more than to be able to be on-site, or provide in-person instruction, we are confident this is the next best thing (and then some)!
