Dressing for The Dog Days of Summer

dressing-dog-days-of-Summer

Why hello there bright and beautiful Sunday! The sun is out, the weather is a slight bit cooler – I think we are still stuck with this damn humidity though – and it is just going to be a good day. Nothing is better on a day like today than dressing up and just feeling fabulous! This is why I decided to put together this post to talk about “dressing” for the dog days of Summer (which have felt like they have come really early) and keep you looking fashionable & cool!

I don’t know about you but there is something about a dress that is just easy. You can dress it up or down and, for the most part, it is so easy to pack! One of my favorite brands to travel with is MISA Los Angeles for that very reason. Fun, flirty, casual yet classy, and pack beautifully!

Another one of my go-to brands right now is Farm Rio, the very designer of the dress I am sporting in this photo.

A company deeply rooted in culture, shapes, and colors, the  patterns and styles they offer, coupled with a modest price point, are so incredibly fun for Summer, travel, or when you need a pop of energy! I highly recommend you check this company out, and bring a lot of life and magic to your wardrobe…not that it is not already magical! 🙂

Now that I have shared 2 of the trending brands in my closet, I am, also, sharing some of my other favorite dresses that would be the perfect addition for your next vacation, dinner, brunch, shopping adventure, or even at home working (like me). Yes, sometimes getting dressed up can be a work game changer in so many ways.

Take a peek at the look book I have provided to get more details, purchase, or just find a little inspiration! Yes, I have linked this very look too!

Enjoy!

xoxo
