Greetings from beautiful North Carolina on this Labor Day Monday! Wow, it’s here, it’s September, and we are rolling right along with a new week and some fabulous fall fashion too. Yes, I cannot wait for you to get a peek at some of the gorgeous pieces I have in store to show you SOON. I feel like the last couple months have been a bit of a blur but also just being in a funk/out of routine with my normal photo rotations. I promise to do better; promise! With that being said, I want to share with you a favorite fall look that I know will be trending this year. It’s simply, classy, and can be dressed up, down, or however you see FIT!
I don’t really know where I want to begin but I guess I will do so with these AB-solutely amazing pants. By “Wit and Wisdom” for Nordstrom, these “AB-Solution High Waist Ankle Skinny Pants” are one of the most comfortable I have had in a long time. Plus, this olive color is so neutral and versatile. For the record, I was never a huge fan of the color –it seemed so blah to me – but as I have gotten older, I think everyone should own a pair of pants in this color. It comes in a handful of colors, and even a cute camo pair that is 40% off. Although it would not pair well with the shoes (or maybe it would), it would look fabulous with this blouse by Z Supply.
Over the last few months, I have become very fond of the brand, mostly because on of my favorite local boutiques carries the line on the regular. The pieces are basic, classy, and are at an exceptional price point too. Take this “Bayfront Woven Top” in white – only $59. I mean, I think for the look – oversized, billowing sleeves, button down front and button cuff closure – it is a piece you will have forever and can do so much with! P.S. I also see this look with some fabulous sneakers too!
Okay, let’s move on to accessories; another important part of your favorite fall look. This Marc Jacob “Snapshot Leather Crossbody Bag” in Ivory just gives me LIFE! It is more stunning in person and, before you ask, yes, I have had my eye on it for awhile now! It comes in a handful of different color combinations but when my Trunk Club stylist selected this for me, oohh, it made the decision that much easier.
Next up, one of my FAVORITE styles from Sam Edelman – the “Hazel Pointed Toe Pump” in Brown Multi-Calf Hair. This is my 4th pair and they just fit perfect and seem to go with EVERYTHING! Again, another fantastic price point for heels like this – $139-$149. Trust me, for the amount of times you wear, you will want to keep purchasing in many different colors!
