Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients
8 oz Lentil Pasta (I used Tolerant Organic Gluten Free Green Lentil Pasta)
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 Medium English Cucumber, sliced then quartered
20 Grape Tomatoes, halved
Kalamata Olives, de-pitted and sliced (your preference on how many)
2 cups Feta Cheese
1 cup Greek Salad Dressing (I used Primal Kitchen's Greek Salad Dressing)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package. While cooking, dice peppers & cucumbers, halve tomatoes, and slice/de-pit olives.

Once pasta is cooked, and rinsed with cold water, add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Toss to coat.

Feel free to serve immediately, or place in the fridge to marinate.
