If I have to take a puffy coat with me than, yes, it is considered cold weather travel! This time last year, I was headed out of town to Park City, Utah and, frankly, my hope was that I would be going back there this year too! Skiing, whiskey distillery’s, shopping, ski chalets, wine, snow – who does not love some cold weather travel? Plus, there is supposed to be an epic “Veuve Yurt” (also known as “The Apres Montage”) at the Montage Deer Valley I would really love to experience.
Instead, I will have to stand outside of Baltimore’s Penn Station to make it look like I am going somewhere really bougie. And, no, I would not be taking the train, and ERRMMYYGGOOSSHH my suitcase would not be that small, and my jacket, well, this may be one that is more “fashion forward.”
I have to laugh because, if you know my skiing history, you would wonder how I was such an expert on “cold weather travel.” 1 – you do the research and 2 – you if you are going to “talk the talk” you need to “walk the walk.”
And, what, like it’s hard?
Now that my sister & brother-in-law have lived in Denver for a little over a year & a half, I look forward to venturing to Vail, Aspen, Steamboat, etc., in the near future. Yes, 2021, I am talking about YOU.
On this fine Wednesday – oh weekend, I can see you! – I am sharing my favorite cold weather travel pieces, right down to my luggage, including this piece that only houses my beauty products! Ha!
P.S. I have had this yellow jacket for a few years! While it is no longer in stock, I have shared the ones I, probably, love even more!
